AquaMaxx warrants all AquaMaxx products to be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the original purchase date when purchased through an authorized AquaMaxx retailer. This warranty is non-transferable nor does it cover any damages caused by misuse, neglect, alterations or improper handling / transport / maintenance / installation. Physical damages are not covered by warranty. AquaMaxx does not cover personal injury, personal loss, or other damages associated with the use of our products. In order to request warranty service, please email us at email@example.com. A purchase receipt is required for any warranty service. Products requiring warranty service must be returned to AquaMaxx. AquaMaxx is not responsible for loaning equipment in exchange for the product requiring warranty service, nor for loss of livestock during this time. You are responsible for the cost of shipping a warranty claim to AquaMaxx and any damages that may occur during transit. Once a returned product has been inspected, it will be repaired or exchanged at our discretion and returned to you. International and/or expedited shipping are not covered under your AquaMaxx warranty.
AquaMaxx aquariums must be used with a foam (closed-cell) leveling mat. The aquarium must be placed on a solid surface that covers the entire bottom of the aquarium and can support the entire weight of the aquarium and its contents without flexing. Surface must not have any physical dips or debris that may cause pressure points on the glass. Failure to place the aquarium on a proper surface along with a closed-cell foam leveling mat voids warranty. Pictures of installation and other physical evidence of the installation may be required for warranty service. Aquariums that are physically altered, such as drilling, exposure to temperatures lower than 40 degrees or higher than 100 degrees, or addition of other equipment that are placed on or against the glass also voids warranty.
